What prompted you to begin using Go?

“EHR Go was a resource that gave us just want we needed when our students began to want more of the HIMT hands on experience before going onto their Practicum sites. EHR Go gave the students that opportunity and it was all online and easy to access for them all. The real test came when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and our entire school had to go online within a moment notice. We were able to implement the HIMT 2460 practicum to give the students the support that they needed with simulation during this time and it was a great success for them all.”

IMPLEMENTATION

Implementing EHR Go was a simple and straightforward process. The directions given to instructors and the students were easy to follow and very few obstacles came with the process.

What is the student experience using Go?

“The majority of the students truly expressed their pleasure in getting to experience the HIMT environment online and at any location of their choice and any time that they chose to do so. So flexibility was the number one feedback. Secondly the assignments were exciting and felt very real.”
