Amy Day

Amy Day, Customer Success Manager

Amy wants to do more than just keep customers happy. With more than 15 years of teaching experience, she is obsessed with the learning process and building personal relationships. She loves to examine content and help customers choose the best way to implement EHR Go. Amy’s goal is simple – to empower her customers and help them achieve success in their classroom. When she isn’t working you can find Amy hiking in the woods, experimenting with recipes, reading, or doing yoga – preferably on a beach. Amy holds a BA in Environmental Science and Biology and is licensed to teach secondary education.

Sarah Hughes

Sarah Hughes, Director of Sales

Sarah’s first passion is words, both written and spoken, and from that comes her gift for communication. As Director of Sales, Sarah sits in on every EHR Go demo and follows up personally with each program, answering any questions or needs until they’re ready to make their decision. Her goal is to make sure every prospect gets the time and attention they deserve. Sarah believes clear and personalized communication is the hallmark of not just good sales, but happy customers. Sarah received her BA in English from the University of Tulsa, and has published two books.

Emily Johnson

Emily Johnson, Director of Marketing

Emily has always loved making meaningful connections through authentic and personable communication. When she walks educators through the capability and features of EHR Go, whether online or at healthcare conferences, she closes the gap between curiosity and enthusiasm. Her goal is to provide programs with the information they need to make an informed decision about a product and a company that connects students to real-world experiences. Emily received her BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and spends most of her free time exploring random hobbies and traveling the world.

Kelley Linehan

Kelley Linehan, Creative Director

Kelley is a storyteller and a strategist. She believes effective communication is the key to solving the sticky problems that we face today. She has worn many hats, in both the marketing and design fields, and is happiest when she can blend the two together in ways that make relevant information accessible and clear. Her goal is to create compelling narratives that connect with the audience, enabling them to fulfill their own potential through the application of the information at hand. Kelley studied communications and graphic design and holds a BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Shad Neese, Executive Vice President & CTO, Owner

Shad is passionate about the intersection of science and technology. With more than 20 years experience pursuing those passions, he believes technology is successful only when it’s approachable. Technology should fade into the background and allow humans to more proficiently engage the task at hand. A fan of kittens, Shad holds a BA in computer science from Augsburg College.

Amber Vadnais, Vice President & CFO

Amber was one of the first to join the EHR Go team in 2010 and has filled many roles. Amber loves data and uses it to keep a pulse on the company and drive decision-making. She holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BS in biomedical engineering from Boston University.

Kathleen Annala

Kathleen Annala, CEO & President, Owner

Kathleen is driven by a passion for education that engages through human stories. She effectively used storytelling as a professor of nursing and IPE simulation before bringing educational patient stories to the world through the electronic health record (EHR) platform with Neehr Perfect and EHR Go. Kathleen loves solving puzzles. She thinks of healthcare professionals as investigators of the human condition puzzle and believes human curiosity is the best accelerant for learning.
