    EHR Go Enhancement for Small Screens

    The new “Sections” menu item will collapse the side bar menu display and give more room to work within the EHR. This enhancement will prove especially useful for those working on tablets or smaller screens.

    Scheduling Enhancements

    Scheduling in EHR Go has been enhanced in the following ways:

    • NEW – Clinic schedule now uses the 24-hour clock
    • NEW – Clinic now open on Saturday
    • NEW – Clinic is now open 24 hours
    • NEW – Patient Schedule Overview now shows all appointments and does not require user to interact with the calendar
    • NEW – Relative time Clinic schedule appointments are now rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment

    Patient Wristband Enhancements

    Patient wristbands in EHR Go has been enhanced in the following ways. This feature can be accessed only while in the edit view of a patient’s chart:

    • ENHANCEMENT – Additonal data such as a patient’s weight or room number can be added to the patient’s wristband and header. See this video for more details

    Pharmacy Label Enhancements
    • Introduced live preview for all pharmacy labels. No more guessing how the finished label will render.
    • Introduced pharmacy Rx auxiliary labels. Digitally apply brightly colored warning stickers to any Rx label.
    • Added Directions to Rx label generation screen. Will default to provider directions.
    • Removed Special Instructions from Rx labels. Replaced by adding Directions field to Rx label generation screen.
    • Removed Medical Warnings from Rx labels. Replaced by new pharmacy Rx auxiliary label functionality.
    • Added Controlled Substance toggle. Setting Controlled Substance value to Yes will display “CAUTION: Federal law prohibits the transfer of this drug to any person other than the patient for whom it was prescribed.” on Rx labels.
    • Removed Barcode ID number from above drug name in Rx label.
    • Moved Manufacturer (MFG) from Rx label bottom to under drug name.

    On June 1, 2018, HIT and HIM programs were upgraded from our original version, known as Neehr Perfect CPRS, to this version. We took the opportunity to say goodbye to the name “Neehr Perfect” and we have become EHR Go. Subscription activation cards purchased from your bookstore may still say “Neehr Perfect”. They are valid and will work with EHR Go.
